Request deletion of your Futsaly account and its associated personal data.

Delete inside the app

1. Sign in to Futsaly and open More → Profile → Delete account.
2. Read the deletion details, type DELETE, and confirm.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@futsaly.com — request account deletion from the email address connected to your Futsaly account. Use the subject “Futsaly account deletion request”. If you used Apple Hide My Email, include the private relay address shown in your Apple account settings. Tell us that you want your Futsaly account and associated personal data deleted. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not send passwords, identity tokens, or sign-in codes.

What is removed and retained

Your saved items, predictions, reviews, notification device registrations, and profile contact information are removed. Booking contact fields are cleared. Transaction and accounting records, account status records, and security logs may be retained for accounting, security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Contact support for the retention details applicable to your records.

Resolve pending or upcoming bookings first. If you manage a venue, team, or competition, contact support to transfer responsibilities before deletion. Revoking Google or Apple access by itself does not delete your Futsaly account.
