Futsaly Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 21, 2026

Futsaly is a futsal information and management platform for Afghanistan. It is not an official Afghanistan Football Federation service. You can browse public matches, competitions, teams, players, and news without creating an account.

Information processed

• When you sign in with Google or Apple, we use your verified email address and account identifier to create or access your Futsaly account. Apple can provide a private relay email. We do not receive your Google or Apple password. Optional profile details include your display name, phone number, and profile photo.
• Account features store saved items, match predictions, notification preferences, and notification device tokens. If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, that content is processed to provide the feature.
• Booking and management features, where available to your account, process booking contact details and payment transaction references. Payments are processed through HesabPay; Futsaly does not ask for your bank card details in the app. Telegram verification, if you choose it, connects the phone and Telegram account information needed for verification.
• Our infrastructure and service providers process connection information such as IP addresses, request times, device information, and security logs. The map provider receives connection information when map tiles are loaded. We do not request precise device location access in the mobile app.

Permissions and notifications

Camera access is used only when you choose a camera or QR scanning feature. Photo access is used when you choose to upload an image. Denying these permissions does not prevent browsing public futsal information. You can decline notifications or change permissions in system settings. Announcement preferences are available in the app.

Purpose and service providers

We use this information to operate your account and requested features, deliver notifications, manage bookings, and protect the service against abuse. Providers include Google sign-in, Apple sign-in on iOS, Firebase Cloud Messaging, hosting providers, OpenStreetMap tile services where maps are used, and HesabPay or Telegram when you choose those features. We do not sell personal information. The app does not include advertising or a cross-app advertising tracking feature. Providers process information under their own applicable policies and service terms; they may operate in other countries.

Storage and security

Connections to the production API use HTTPS. Mobile sign-in credentials use protected platform storage. Where Apple sign-in is available, Apple refresh tokens held by the API are encrypted. Access to account functions is controlled by authentication and account roles. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while needed to provide the service. To delete a fan account, open More → Profile → Delete account and confirm with DELETE. This removes saved items, predictions, reviews, device registrations, and profile contact information. Booking contact fields are cleared. Transaction and accounting records, account status records, and security logs may be retained where required for accounting, security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Pending or upcoming bookings must first be resolved. Managed accounts must transfer their operational responsibilities before deletion.

You can also request account and associated data deletion without installing the app through our account deletion page. Revoking access in Google or Apple settings alone does not delete your Futsaly account.

Your choices and contact

You may browse as a guest, edit available profile information, control notifications and permissions, or request deletion. For privacy, correction, retention, or deletion questions, email support@futsaly.com. Please do not send passwords or sign-in codes. Policy updates will be published here with a revised date.
